Question:
Everytime I login it sends me to the next screen to chose an option, then when I chose one it tells
me to login again. What am I doing wrong?
Answer:
The Blindness Related Learning's website, also known as "Braille School" uses what are known as cookies. Not the chocolate
chip kind, but the kind whereby a site will send a cookie in the form of a text file, and save it to your computer. Cookies
do not, in any way, shape, or form, harm your computer. Cookies are a way to track certain operations on a website, or allow
people to access password protected pages, such as ours.
The first thing you need to do is to test your cookies and to upgrade your Internet browser to the newest version. This usually fixes the login
problems some members may be experiencing. If upgrading your browser does not fix your problem, do the following.
1.0 Open Internet Explorer, so that it is on your screen.
2.0 As the following image indicates, click on the "Tools" menu, and then select "Internet Options."
3.0 The following page will appear on the screen. (Or something very similar.)
4.0 Click on the "Privacy" tab, the "Privacy" screen will look very much like the following image, make sure the slider is
set to "Accept All Cookies." (Medium is also an acceptable level.)
5.0 The click on the "Security" tab, the "Security" screen will look very much like the following image.
6.0 Make sure that you left click once on the "Trusted Sites" icon, and then click the "Sites" button. The trusted sites screen will look very much like the following screen:

6.1 In the Trusted Sites screen, type in http://www.brailleschool.com in the "Add this web site to this zone" input field
6.2 Click on the "Add" button.
6.3 Make sure that the "Require server verification (https:) for all sites in this zone" is unchecked.
6.4 Click "OK."
7.0 Click the "Apply" button, and then the "OK" button.
You should then be able to log into your Braille School account.
